I Won't be Alright

I see you,
I need you,
You standing there.
You see me,
You're leaving,
And it's not fair.
I know you're leaving,
But I need you here.
So wrap your arms around me,
And don't disappear.
Don't leave my sight,
I won't be alright.
Don't go to that place,
Or i'll have to face,
The worst day of my life,
I won't be alright.

A Rose

A rose is such a wonderful thing to see,
As is to smell the sweet fragrance of spring.
It's petals are as soft and smooth as butter,
So soft, when you touch it, it falls in flutter.
It's dark red gaze is as gentle as can be,
It has a great effect when is given to a she.
This flower has all the highest of rates,
The rose, this flower, is amazingly great.

The Tiger's Chance

The tiger, his claws are sharp and deadly.
His eyes are deep, now they pierce right through me.
His teeth are pearly whites,
Dark jet black are his stunning stripes.
He's licking his chops,
He comes right for me.
But then he stops,
And now I see.
This huge furball,
Is no threat to me.
So I stood there watching him,
Out of the blue he flees.
It's so quiet, I could drop a pin.
No one would hear, nor see.
So I walk away,
Thankful he didn't eat me.

A Torn Heart

Someone's hurt,
You see them there.
It's getting worse,
No one cares.
It isn't physical,
It's deep down inside.
It's not so typical,
For a person to cry.
Their heart is torn,
Their eyes are red from sleepless nights.
Until you sit down next to them,
You say, "Everything's alright."

A Tear is No Raindrop

A tear is a raindrop,
But has much more inside.
In a tear are thoughts,
Of sadness and frights.
Some people cry happy tears,
They are with smiles and good sights.
But most tears are the sad ones,
The ones with sorrow and fights.
But you can change that, everyone can.
One soul at a time.

At World's End

The sunshine is a blanket,
It wraps its warmth around me.
The moon's cruel chill,
As cold as can be.
It makes the earth a dark place,
But when the sun comes out,
We are free.
But freedom is not free.
We will all pay a price,
One day the sun will die.
And all will be ice.

The Desert's Blanket

A desert's red blanket,
As hot as can be.
It's as red as a blood red sea.
When creatures see you they all flee.
They all think I am so frightening.
But really, I am not.
Then again, we all think differently,
In this dreadful heat.

The Meadow's Song

I am in a meadow, it's very quiet...
Flowers are beautiful, pinks, blues, and violets.
They sing, "Whshhh, whshhh..."
The grass tells them, "Shhh, shhh..."
The wind whistles to the tune,
The crickets will catch on soon.
Then I will catch on,
And softly whisper the meadow's song.

The Battle Cry

A red man's arrow,
A white man's gun.
The warriors' cries have now begun.
Red men on horses,
White men on feet.
In the air is an imminent defeat.
Wives lose spouses,
Mothers lose sons.
The smiles and laughter flee and run.
The rain pours down,
So do the tears.
As blood dyes the ground,
Family hearts filled with fear.
The ground is wet from blood and tears.
But soon, each soul sees the sun.
There is no smoke, the sky is clear,
Each red and white soul cries "The war is done."
